Secretary: Manages meeting records, attendance, announcements, and association mail.
Newsletter Coordinator: Compiles and edits a quarterly newsletter, manages advertising, and ensures timely distribution.
2nd Programming Coordinator: Manages all indoor recreation activities for youth and adults in collaboration with local schools and consultants.
Membership Coordinator: Manages member lists, recruits new members, coordinates volunteer efforts, and supports membership growth initiatives.
Events Coordinator: Organizes neighborhood social events and activities.
Members at Large: Assist in a variety of roles without a set area to be responsible for.

Volunteers are also appreciated to assist in flooding, snow clearing, etc. at the rink, throughout the season and for special events.
