Yoga Classes
Join us for an uplifting yoga session designed to build strength, improve flexibility, and release stress. All levels welcome – no experience needed. Bring your own mat and come ready to relax, stretch, and recharge. This class focuses on gentle postures, breathing techniques, and mindful movement to improve flexibility, strength, and overall well-being. Suitable for all levels, participants will leave each session feeling balanced, refreshed, and centred.
